Every time I unplug my laptop it turns off after only a few minutes. I’m really not sure what is going on with it. I’ve had it for a long time but it has run fine the whole time I’ve had it. Please help! Thank you.

Hi Ashley, Is your laptop connected to the battery on both ends? If so, your battery must be old and dead from overuse. You may need to purchase a new battery. Good luck with everything!
