Chosen Solution
My screen will go black sometimes and will stay on a certain screen. I am not sure if I have to replace the screen. I keep turning off my laptop to fix the problem but it will randomly keep happening. I would really like some help and any feed back on this. Thank you, Ashley

Hello! That seems strange. Make sure to charge your battery power as it might not be connected. If that’s not the case, a replacement for the screen is needed.
