So the thing is, my laptop shows “Plugged in, not charging” all the time when I unplug charger, it shuts down. When I insert another battery everything is normal and charging, laptop working with battery. I already tried uninstalling battery drivers and install again, did not do the trick. check your battery, this is a common way to tell your battery is bad.
You answered your own question, sound like a new battery is needed.
This is in fact a sign of a bad battery, how long have you had said battery? It is definitely in need of replacement no questions asked,
