Unplug your set and remove the back from it. Take a look at all boards. Check for obviously damaged components like leaky or domed looking caps. Take some good pictures and post those with your question....

Sometimes applying some pressure to the binding on top of the LCD panel can resolve it. Most of the time a new panel is needed.
Chosen Solution Helo, i have replace battery on my samsung s6, when i tried to power it on, the blue light started blinking and the screen stayed black. I tried to put old battery back in but the situation hasn’t change, after that i tried hard reset (volume up / down + power button). i checked if there is any damage on the board or other components and i haven’t found any, under the bright light i checked if i could see any cracks on the display and again i didn’t found nothing....

In the case of this 13” model it doesn’t offer a discreet GPU unlike some of the 15” models which offer AMD or NVIDIA GPU’s, only the intergraded Intel graphics engine. Also keep in mind the this is not a serious gamers machine....

Chosen Solution I have tried to upgrade my HDD to an SSD in my Acer Aspire ES1-521 To begin with I downloaded Macrium Reflect software on the Acer to clone the data on the HDD to the SSD. After this copy was made I then dismantled the laptop following this YouTube tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VPkad-3r… (NOTE: He does not disconnect the battery in this tutorial. Neither did I to completely replicate the instructions....

Nobody has opened it yet but if you compare with the 2016 MacBook Pro the chances of it being socketed is very small.
