Chosen Solution I am trying to fix my iphone 13 pro which spontaneously has stopped working (no physical accident or known damage). This won’t turn on at all, including a hard reset. When plugged into a MacBook , the MacBook recognises it is in recovery mode and only gives the option to restore it and erase everything. When this option is selected, the apple logo appears, a blank progress bar appears, and then it fails and an error message on the MacBook is shown saying Unknown Error 9 060E....

Chosen Solution Hi everybody so the horror became real, during exchanging my battery in my razer laptop (14") the cable connector broke off the motherboard while disconnecting the cable that goes above the battery. I’m not sure if it is possible, I am not saying that. However if you had an iPhone 5s LCD assembly you wouldn’t need the home button it would be attached to the LCD screen you would be replacing....

Chosen Solution I recently dropped my phone and there is a crack in the actual phone, not the phone screen. The phone has got a gap between the screen and the inside. There is also a shatter connected to it, but I’m not sure if it’s on the screen protector or not and I’m to scared to take it off. I have kept the pieces to the phone but I don’t want to have to get it repaired again....

If one is made, could you put in a 1 TB drive? thanks for any help you can give It will accept a 640 GB or 1 TB laptop drive (Western Digital now makes a 1 TB laptop drive)....

Chosen Solution My camera is working and holding photo’s on the cf card but I can not get my reader to read the card nor can I get the camera to transfer direct to my computer, is there a simple solution to this ? Are you sure it’s not the computer at fault? Try another computer with another cable. Also, the camera may not support direct transfer to the PC. In that case, make sure your card reader is good....

Chosen Solution Have an Asus G75VW that presented itself with a non-bootable system. Booted from a Win10 USB and chkdsk found a crapload of issues on the drive, but the drive was still not bootable. I couldn’t risk wiping the drive due to the owner’s data still being on it so I put in a 1TB hybrid drive that I had available. Rebooted from Win10 USB; BIOS saw the drive and Win10 installer saw the drive, but the Win10 installer could not partition or use it, nor could I partition it via the command line....

Chosen Solution Sometimes runs for hours on AC power, sometimes can’t get through ram check chime before rebooting. Eventually OS reported “battery poor, replace now” even though it reports over 7200 mah charge. At start of issue testing, I’m almost certain battery health was good since it was the first thing I checked. Additionally the battery indicator LEDs were 5 for 5. Now blink all 5 (assume this is error, and not discharged battery indicator)....

Chosen Solution Sony Bravia 42" LCD TV KD-49x7000D Hi I have been having an issue with my TV as you can see on the pictures the image is fine for 3 seconds then has a ghosting effect for 3 seconds then back to normal. This just goes on and on.. I thought it was a flat cable issue on the T-Con PCB but while moving the cable gently around there is no effect to the issue so my guess is a IC chip or Quartz that is defected but Id like a second opinion please Thank you...

Chosen Solution On Assembly (Already been dissembled by someone else) The Power cable (Not the AC lead) that reaches over the metal brace to the main board will not reach although every re assembly I have seen this is how it runs. It will fit under the brace and i’m sure that’s fine (There is a small gap) but just wondering if anyone has seen this on assembly. There is no room to move the cable nearer, looking through the power supply vent holes the lead is at full extension....

Chosen Solution my google pixel xl hase a problem, i cant make any phone calls, i was told this is the audio chip, where can i find a mother board or an option to fix the phone We’ve recently had a large batch of Pixels and Pixel XL all with this issue. It can be resolved by reflowing the Audio Codec chip. We’ve done this on a few and its worked every time, we’ve also stress tested this fix over a couple weeks and the audio chip has not failed....

Chosen Solution When connected to power, the red power light continually blinks and the tv flashes but nothing is displayed. I have already replaced the power supply board and the main logic board but the same problem persists. Any ideas on what I should try next? @inktank when you say “tv flashes” and you mean the screen then it could be an issue with the LED array. Post some images of all of the boards on your TV and post those with your question....

Chosen Solution What is the sequence to bleeding brakes on my 2012 Xscape it is not a hybrid It’s fairly easy to bleed brakes. First, have someone pump the brake pedal until the pedal won’t pressurize any more. When the brakes stop pressurizing, have the person in the car hold the brake pedal down to the floor. While the brake pedal is being held down, someone will need to crawl under the car and crack the valve allowing the fluid to flow out of the valve....

Chosen Solution Can the charger port be repaired? Yeah but it would require removing the screen first which is very easy to crack the glass upon removal. Have you tried another charger? I already went through one before because the cable got damaged from kinking it.

Chosen Solution I have a new Nikon D5300 that will not start up after both batteries have been charged and installed. I know this may sound stupid but have you tried charging the batteries with a different battery charger, it could be the case that the mains charger is not charging the batteries properly and reporting them charged when they are not.. I’ve seen this happen so many times with DSLR’s....

Chosen Solution I was wondering if the parts inside the Xbox One Elite (Wireless) Controller are interchangeable with Xbox One Controller parts or do I have to buy specific parts for this controller. I think the only parts on the elite you can add are the interchangeable paddles. On the back you can see 4 slots for them (p1, p2 etc.) they help you get a better grip. And no, the parts are not interchangeable....
