Chosen Solution So I have had my current Nano Puff jacket for a little over a year and I absolutely love it. The one thing I wish I would have considered when purchasing a Nano Puff jacket would be to buy one with a hood. Is there anyway I can send my jacket in to get a Nano Puff hood added to it? I understand that most people would just buy another Nano Puff jacket with a hood but I find that to be a complete waste as my current jacket is in great shape and functions fine!...

Chosen Solution Hi, I had to replace the glass cover as the old one had cracked. The only problem is that the new perspex/glass cover had only double sided sticky tape on it to hold it onto the metal behind it and is coming off every time I open/close my mac even after removing the old glue from the metal section I was wondering if there is any sort of adhesive strips I could get to attach it properly or even double sided sticky foam but what thickness would you recommend....

Chosen Solution I was closing my laptop and I heard a loud crack from my computer and now the display wires at the bottom are exposed and this silver piece came out and I don’t know what to do with it. Here is a picture Structural failure of the display hinge, display glass got damaged as well. Replace the entire top half of the computer.

Chosen Solution I have Ducky Zero keyboard with some LED lights no longer working. Also, keys no longer working properly. When i hit some keys, there will appear multiple keys so it made typing impossible. Does anybody know how to repair this or can refer me to a technician who can repair mechanical keyboards? Too costly to send back to Ducky as unit is out of warranty. Barely 17 months old....

Chosen Solution MODEL NUMBER p702ui-b3 It wont turn on. No lights sounds anything. So we are 90% sure it is the power supply especially after looking inside. I have seen some places say you can interchange certain ones but I’m not sure how to figure that out? The power supply in the TV currently is out everything or astronically too expensive. So I’m hoping to find a different one I could use instead....

Long story short, when trying to close my laptop, its left hinge detached itself from its bottom and the screen. In june, Asus had replace the bottom of my computer because the screen and its bottom were clicking when close and the screen was wobbly. I contacted them but I would have had to pay another diagnosis fees plus the costs of the actual repair....

Chosen Solution I received an iPad with a back light issue. usually i would pin it down to the fuse/filter. but every time the fuse is replaced i see a puff of smoke come from it as soon as the battery is connected. I have additionally replaced the IC/diode and the coil (I know its not the coil… but still). has anyone else encountered this if so is there a solution....

Chosen Solution The battery is isn’t charging after placing a new battery in, it seems when the laptop is started it shows as charging then stops. I have downloaded the HP assistant and done a battery check, the results come back as no battery detected? I am not sure what the issue is, but we have also notice the date and time is out of sync and the laptop is only running on the AC charger, could this be an issue with the mother board?...

Check if you hear fans or see the light turn on at the frontIt could be the integrated graphics, send a video of it powering on Try connecting it to power and see if it turns on, click the CAPS key to see if it turns on. If not then it could be a logic board issue, as well have you gotten any repairs done to it recently?...

Chosen Solution Tried to make a bread . When I turned on the bread maker it sounds bit different and blade was not moving. I emptied the dough pan and then tried to turn on it was moving but with dough its not. Seems it has very low power to handle the dough or belt needs to be changed? Please advise thanks If it’s not the belt it could also be the motor’s start capacitor....

Chosen Solution Hey if anyone can help. Bluray drive keeps spinning up with no disc every 10 minutes ? I replaced the Drive and swapped logic boards. I think some sensor is not working correct. I am also unable to turn the console off. What I have worked out is if there is a disc in the drive it seems to work and operate as normal. Does anyone know how to fix it ?...

Chosen Solution My phone will instantly boot-loop on connection to power, white apple logo. Will restart every 10 seconds. Power + Home button holds do not work Volume Up/Down buttons do not work. Tried all buttons, the ‘pressing onscreen trick’ etc. Nothing seems to work. Of course, there is no connection visible on computer. Chosen Solution Hi guys, I replaced the screen on an iPhone SE I acquired cheap but am experiencing some strange behaviour with ghost touches and missed inputs. To fix this I will try cleaning the contacts and or trying another display but on trying to open the device one pentalobe screw comes out fine but the other just spins in the hole at the bottom of the device. There is another question on here describing similar behaviour on an iPhone 4 but my experience differs as I am using the official screwdriver from my ifixit kit and the handle of my screw driver has not come loose with the shaft and screw remaining stationary as was suggested on that post and the screw head is in perfect condition with no stripping as was also mentioned in the other post....

Chosen Solution My Brother MFC-J985DW printer jams constantly. Sometimes it detects a paper jam when there isn’t one. Also the printer refuses to printer on both sides of the paper. I have seen similar issues with other Brother printers, on ifixit, but the models are different enough that they are not much help. Any help would be much appreciated. I had the same problem, and I don’t have good news. Problem seems to be caused by the printer’s inability to fully eject a printed page; so when the next page comes out, it jams....

Chosen Solution Can a battery be checked or tested with a Fluke digital volt/ohm meter? If so what terminals can i check this at the USB connector of an itouch. Would the terminal connectors be the same for all generation? you can check the voltage of a battery with a VOM, but it won’t necessarily tell you the health/capacity of the battery. A dying battery’s voltage might look fine just after charging, but it might quickly lose it’s charge after running under load....
