Chosen Solution I have a 13" Macbook white 2.16Ghz Energy Star (mid ‘07) A1181 logic board core 2 duo (I know this cuz it uses the JST 3 wall heat sink). The GMA950 video card became corrupted and now I have to replace the entire logic board (those bastards!!!). I see on Ebay some A1181 logic boards that are selling between $250-$350, and I’d much rather repair the problem than have to buy a new computer for double or triple that....

Chosen Solution Can I descale using CLR? Roy Perham, I’d stay away from CLR. It is extremely difficult to remove the CLR taste and smell from your brewer after. I’d suggest to stick with a vinegar/water mix. You did not tell us if you tried to clear the descale message by disconnecting the power plug from the wall outlet for at least 15 minutes, then re-plug the power cord into the wall outlet....

Chosen Solution Can i take a navigation system from a 03 Odyssey EX model and install it in my regular\standard 03 Odyssey?? if you have the deck space and the proper wiring harness . Manufacturing will sometimes automatically install the “bells and whistles” wiring harness check out the wires first just to be sure it will work

Chosen Solution I have a few sticky keys on my 2017 MacBook. I think I have spilt something, I tried using compressed air and cleaned them with solution, but it hasn’t worked. Is it possible to replace individual keys? You can buy individual keys online, yes… just google it. People mark it up because they know about folks like you that need single units. They’re easy to put back on. When I messed up a few of mine, Apple just replaced the whole top case, saying they don’t do single key replacements....

The old one start immediately, but the lvds is complete broken. Maybe is there a simple way to find the broken spot? The old and the new one looks only on one spot different. It is the 1R0 chip. Chosen Solution Hello… I had a problem that I was facing gohst touchs with my Iphone 6 plus, and sometime there was an area where the touche became unresponsive. I tried to reconnect the Flex cables, the ghost touches disappeared, however , the area with the unresponsive touch became more wider, and now it’s permanent, could this happen because of a damaged touch Digitizer ? Touch IC isn’t the issue here, if it was at fault the whole screen would stop responding completely intermittently / randomly until lock, unlock phone or turning the phone off and on....

Check the corrosion at the battery terminals and deep into the wires themselves. When clean, add barrier to protect bare wire from oxygen. (Vasoline will work if nothing else handy). Also double check cold cranking amps....

Chosen Solution Hi, I have an 820-2879 where the LCD connector locking arm shorted out the connector. I have a green light on charger but no power up. I am trying to learn board repairs so thought a good one to start on. PP3v42_G3H is at 3.48v but I’m finding PPBus_G3h on the output of F7040 to be going from 12.8 - 2.8 pause then starts again at 12-8volts and goes down....

Chosen Solution I ordered a new battery from Ifixit and installed it with no issues, Performed the initial charge to 100 and let it sit for a few hours like their guide said to. After the few hours on charge I didn’t plug it in overnight because it was still at 70% battery charge. In the morning, about 8 hours later it was at 3% battery. This seems like a bit of excessive battery loss for 8 hours of doing nothing, no background apps open and location services are off....

Chosen Solution What are the various antenna locations on the S22 Ultra? They always seem to get glossed over in the few teardowns that are out there. In the past the charging coil and the NFC were on top/combined together in one space, is this the same now? And what about the BT, GPS, etc? Due to the complex nature of modern cellular technologies, it is difficult to determine which antennas do what by just looking at them alone....

Chosen Solution Normally, hyperscrolling works fine and I’m able to keep the clickwheel spinning for about 3 seconds at least. Now it doesn’t spin for as long which is pretty disappointing. Anyone else with this problem and if so, have you found a way to fix it? There are a few different issues you might be facing here. First the scroll wheel bearings may have a bit more friction so it won’t free spin on its own (this was a known issue with the medium & large pool ball mouse)....

Chosen Solution My back plate detached and disconnected three connectors. I soldered two wires,, which appears to have fixed the charging problem. A ribbon with a “chip” like bracket at the end is also detached. I cannot get it to line up with the electronics within the body. It appears to be the heart rate sensor and activity tracker. Chosen Solution Hi there, my Apple Cinema Display 27" (no more warranty) got some problems with its backlight and I’m not quite sure whether its the logic board or the power supply.. It works for a few minutes, but than it randomly turns down the backlight of the LCD. There is still a picture, that can be seen e.g. at direct sunlight. So the LCD itself should work fine! I can speed up this more or less random process by in- or decreasing the brightness....

Double click on home button and swipe up on youtube app. if that fails try a reboot on your ipad by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see an apple logo then let go So there’s not any details of what you’ve done so far to fix this and I know how this is going to sound, but sincerely have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it?...

Chosen Solution I had this issue where my bluetooth would sometimes just disconnect, so I figured the solution might be to replace the airport card. I did this and it worked fine for a little bit, but now the problem is back. There’s some software fixes I tried, like deleting the Bluetooth.plist files and resetting the NVRAM, basically anything I could find on Apple’s forums and on here. Is there anything else I should look into fixing?...

Chosen Solution I bought a Dell latitude pp01l at flee market without any passwords. I’ve tried f2, f8, and no luck aftee going on safe mode. I also tried hitting enter with no password. Depending on the os the methods are different. But best bet so i dont have to make a very long response is to find out what operating system your running and then google how to bypass and change it....
