Chosen Solution After a battery replacement, the Ipad will not charge and will reboots in 1-2 minutes of being powered on. Any thought or do I have to tear it appart again and reconnect everything.? Check the battery connectors on the board for bent or broken pins. You’ll have to remove the motherboard to check. If one of the pins is damaged the motherboard can’t see the battery so it will reboot to try and find it again....
Chosen Solution Backpack has worn hole in one corner. Is it better to try to sew it closed or use iron-on patch? @maebelley depends on where this hole is and how gig it is. Ultimately for a proper fit I would try to mend it instead of using and iron on patch. Now, you can use a patch but just sew it in instead of ironing it on. That will take some of the stress out of the material...

Chosen Solution Just replaced battery with ifixit battery, followed instructions meticulously, lost nothing, broke nothing. Turned it back on with power adapter, battery shows 95% charged, but shows “Battery is Not Charging” message. Computer powers off if power adapter in unplugged, and won’t power on if power adapter is not plugged in. Overall, it seems like the computer is running slower which worries me. System seems to recognize the new battery, its info shows up in the system report....

They sent it to their repair shop. Chosen Solution I replaced the back glass on my XR (which requires you to remove the logic board, battery, screen, etc and then put it all back together once the new glass is on). I did just that, and when the phone was fully reassembled, I powered it up and everything worked PERFECT, including Face ID. So I powered the phone off and took the battery back out, because I had dented it slightly during the repair and I wanted to buy a new one just to be safe....

Chosen Solution When I try to use the camera on my phone it will not work Hi Norma, If the camera app you are using is one you installed yourself, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If it is the default camera, reboot your phone. So i changed the screen and the issue was still there so i changed the proximity sensor/front camera flex thinking it was damaged during the repair but the issue is still occurring....
