I replaced the screen and the battery on an iPhone 6. After this repair i plunged it in and it work perfectly fine, So i let the phone sit on my desk for about a week. Then i picked it up and it would not power on. so i plugged it in and still nothing. Any ideas? I have never had this and i have fixed many iPhones in the past.

Sam, Have you tried plugging the device into a computer to see if the display has simply died? I’d also suggest trying a hard rest - holding the power and lock button down for 10 seconds until you see the apple symbol reappear. If these don’t work, if you start by removing the display, battery, and charging port, and seeing if the device then comes to life you know one of those three things are the issue. If that doesn’t work, then you know you’re looking at a board level issue. Hope this helps! Stephen
