Hey there! Unfortunately, the loudspeakers in the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s are different and are not interchangeable. You will see in the photo below that the speaker on the left (iPhone 6s) has a different shape and connector setup than the speaker on the right (iPhone 6).
If you’re unhappy with the quality of your current speaker, I’d suggest simply buying the replacement part as they aren’t incredibly expensive (less than $10 in my local currency) and it’s an easy enough fix if you take your time with it.
