I keep getting the message “internal storage running out.please free up some space.” But I can’t free up space because the message keeps coming up.
Hi @ Lisa Wilson, Can only speculate that as you only have 2% internal storage left available (85MB out of 4000MB - or 4GB) that is the reason for the message. Did you try moving the apps that can be moved to the SD Card, to try and clear some storage space in the internal memory? Be aware that not all apps can be moved to the SD card. This depends on whether the app developer has enabled this setting when the app was first created.
