My DSi XL powers off any time the screen moves the slightest bit. Can anyone tell me how to fix this please?

Hi @macias707, Start by checking all the cable connections that connect the upper case to the lower case and see that they’re all secure and that the cables aren’t damaged etc. Here’s the Ifixit Nintendo DSi XL Upper Case Replacement guide that may help.
