Hi, I am hoping someone can help, I’m having this exact problem, I was getting the error mentioned above so I tried out the suggestion but now when I reboot the screen just gets stuck on the apple logo. Any ideas if the problem could be something else? The phone was actually dead when we took it apart so I have to put it on charge to turn it on but I am no longer receiving the charging icon, just the apple icon so I was wondering if it was a battery issue, we did have a bit of a job getting the battery out when we took it apart because of all the tape underneath so I’m worried it may have got damaged but I’m unsure how sensitive the battery is. Any help would be greatly appreciated Update It’a now come back on with the “Find Flash Media and Keepout: 601” error if that helps.
It’s not the battery. the file system in the flash memory is corrupted. Try DFU the device to reinstall the software
Could be the front camera too. Try unplugging it and starting it up again.
