“E” appears at the corner of screen and not able to punch any numbers and beeps until I hit PLU/SUB button an noise goes away. This is happening in Sharp ER-A320 cash register.
I do not know this item, but the easy fix is a power reset. Unplug for 30 sec the replug power. If that doesn’t do it, it may be indicating a drawer jam. other than that, it would be a more serious internal problem.
