Hello android pros, I am looking desperately for some help regarding my phone. I recently purchased an Oukitel U15 Pro, and I am having trouble with it stating “Cannot register to network”. I have searched low and high online for methods on how to fix this and nothing seems to work. The last thing that I haven’t tried is to root it. Now, I am by no means a new age tech savvy person, however I felt comfortable to try this, however, I do not have a PC, which seems to be the only way to accomplish this. I have tried every other suggestion out there - or so I think. Does anyone have experience with this? When I purchased the phone, I made sure it was compatible with Telus in Canada, and it seems that other people are using this phone with no issue. Help Please!! Thanks guys

Hello, I had a difficulty too in K10000, the reason was that in the system menu, in the available networks, the access point name was set to a wrong value (there were 4 available). When I set the correct value, everything went smooth. The path is the following: settings -> more -> cellular networks -> access pint names. See if it helps.
