Refrigerator was turned off for months; when turned back on cooling functions for fridge and freezer won’t come on - stay at “off” even though and after we push buttons to correct settings?
Hi @jmc111 Assuming that you meant KBFS20ECWH00 (I couldn’t find the model you posted) here’s the tech sheet for that model. Try running the service test mode and check what, if anything, works. If nothing works it may be the control board that’s the problem
