I need to transfer my videos to my desktop. How do I do that?

If you have your original software, you need to install Pixela ImageMixer SE that has a file transfer function. This is mentioned in the manual. You can find it here.

I would recommend you check page 72 of your user manual titled: “Saving your recordings on a computer”. If you need additional help, the Canon software also has “help” and instructions in it that you can see on your desktop.
