Hi everyone. I have a acer iconia one 7 tablet and want to do a hard reset because my daughter forgot the pass code. However when I go through the motions of the hard reset the tablet only shows “fastboot mode”. If anyone knows why this happens or what I’m doing wrong, I would really appreciate it. Thanks
