Tells me app maybe using it. I’ve closed all apps, still want connect, am I missing one or is there something else?
Hello blueeyedtweety6 How was your day? Steps to try mate. First try the easiest. Restart the tablet and see if the camera problem is still there.If it is try restarting your tablet in safe mode to see if it is a app that is coursing the camera problem. How to restart into safe mode# If the camera now works then most likely and downloaded app is coursing the problem. Start uninstalling apps once out of safe mode to see if you suddenly can use the camera again.If the camera still doesn’t work in safe mode then I recommend restarting the tablet back into normal mode and backing up all of your data. I would then recommend doing a factory reset.If a factory reset doesn’t work then most likely it is the camera itself needs to be replaced or reconnected. Hope this helps David My Computer Dude

Try rebooting into safe mode (https://blog.chinavasion.com/15120/how-t...)If in safe mode the camera works then its an app. Restart to get out of safemode and start uninstalling apps until you find the one that is coursing the problem.If the camera doesn’t work in safemode then restart into normal mode backup your data and try a factory reset. If it still doesn’t work it might be the camera itself.
