Desperately looking for a way to solve this: My mobile phone Huawei Y541-U02 recognizes the French sim card but doesn’t connect the mobile phone network (all other functions work) Tried everything: checked the sim card (I have the phone number), activated it, soft + hard-reset of the mobile, checked with the provider, checked with technicians… This links says IT SHOULD WORK IN FRANCE: https://www.frequencycheck.com/compatibi… HELP PLEASE! Did you set the phone setting to use that Sim. My phone would not use the sim card I put in it until i changed the setting to use that specific Sim location. This is a dual phone and you have to set it to use that specific Sim by default and if it isn’t set the phone will not use it even if it functions.
