If I turn on my Roccat Kone XTD and I want to use it, my mouse doesn´t left- and rightclick. I don´t know what to do please help.
When the mouse is older than 5 Years the buttons might be broken, but you wrote that with a hotkey they work ? So you should remove the driver and also delete the profiles etc. by deleting all folders and files from roccat on your pc. AppData, Documents, Common Files etc. … Than restart your pc and install latest driver from the official roccat website. Or you try to use the “Reset” Options inside Roccat Software (Driver Reset)
