Chosen Solution
Dad gave me his phone (he got a new one) with the only explanation that it wouldn’t turn on. Tried charging by USB and wireless. No lights, just gets hot. Won’t turn on, no power+volume down. Dad says he took it in and got the battery replaced but cannot confirm. Is this an obvious solution or replace piece by piece?
You first step it to put a new battery if it’s still same then check short in the motherboard
