Hey everyone, I bought a used iPhone from facebook marketplace, it was an iPhone X. The seller said to me that he had factory reset the phone and the phone was completely unlocked to all networks. I was wondering if anyone could lock the phone after I setup iCloud?
No, you are misunderstood. It is unlocked for use on all networks, which means you can use it on any carrier, such as T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc… But when iCloud is set up, the device itself is locked from entry, via FRP. You can also set a screen lock if you want. But it will stay unlocked on all networks.
