To talk on the phone I can only use speaker phone, or no one can hear me.
the lower mic is either plugged or broken. Start by taking a pin, and shimming it around inside the mic hole. (dont push too far up as to cause damage to the mic.) i personally use a sim extractor, push it in, and twist. If this doesnt fix the issue, you would need to replace the lower mic
