Chosen Solution

I was out of the country for 10 weeks and used an Italian Sim card. I replaced it on the plane home with my U.S. sim and it worked that night but the next day I was unable to connect to the internet. I can only use wifi and can’t get 4G. I’ve turned off my phone re inserted the sim and battery. and restarted. Nothing has helped. Help!!

Who is your service provider? I expect you need to contact them and see if they can help with that. Every version of android is a little bit different so without knowing that it may be hard for the service provider to help you as well…. So be sure to look that up under “settings->about phone” before you talk to them.
