My phone does not ring, make noises or play music thru the external speaker. But when I answer a phone call I can hear the other person thru the internal speaker. Can the external speaker be fixed or replaced? It has been dropped once and has been in water once, but neither of these things seemed to damage the speaker. This happenend a few weeks later.
Hello Meghann you can replace the main speaker only if impedance goes more than 17 ohms otherwise it should works fine. check the contacts whether corroded.
