The LCD in my iPhone 6s was damaged when I replaced the old battery with a new 3800 mah battery, so I bought a 1st gen iPhone SE (not a 2020) from my carrier, Boost Mobile. The battery in it is only 1650 mah. Can I have the new 3800 mah battery removed from the damaged 6s and installed in the, new to me, 1st gen iPhone SE? The 3800 mah
If you look at both of the batteries you will see they use the same connector and are the same general shape, but the 6s’s battery is bigger and won’t fit into the SE Even if you somehow got it to fit the SE was not made for a battery of that spec, and will give you all sorts of battery errors and will refuse to charge. Short answer: Sorry, won’t work.
