@suralkaat best you may be able to use the LCD as an additional monitor, but not the touch screen. Your desktop computer will not have the proper circuitry and connector to add the touch function. If you want to just use the LCD as a monitor, try to find a universal LCD driver. Check this guide for an idea of how to do it. Let us know if you need more help.
