I was just wondering, because I know isopropyl is good for water damaged phones.And since mouthwash contains alchol, would mouthwahs be another detergent for cleaning my water damaged touchscreen.
Good for teeth not for logic boards! You need to clean your phone with distilled water if you spilled or got wet with a soft drink, juice, coffee, tea as well as rain, lake, pond or sea water. After cleaning things down you’ll need to go over the areas again this time with 85% isopropyl alcohol to clean off the oils and to speed up the drying of the distilled water. But you first need to disconnect your battery! Mouthwash has grain alcohol and lots of other stuff that will leave a mess!
