My hdmi wont work and i tried contacting Microsoft support but they wont do anything about it even though i bought it 2 months ago
HDMI Encoder chip is most likely faulty. If the port visually looks fine with the pins then you need to get the console fixed by Microsoft under warranty. The console stays on right and does not shut off by itself? If they are giving you the runaround you may want to take it to a local reputable console repair store to get it fixed.
