I’ve opened up the back and didn’t couldn’t locate the ram or the ssd. I believe it might be on the motherboard or something. Please help, trying to get this working faster for my girlfriend. She is getting back in school soon and will really need it.
Hi, Short answer is No. The RAM and the SSD on this laptop cannot be upgraded as they are both hard mounted onto the systemboard. There are only 2 compatible systemboards listed for this model and they both have the same specifications regarding the CPU, RAM and SSD . The only difference is that one has WWAN capability and a Windows OS and the other doesn’t. It has no WWAN or Windows OS.
