I own a Acer Nitro 5 Spin which have m.2 sata pre-installed by default but now i want to upgrade drive with Samsung 970 Evo NVMe pcie m.2 drive does it support NVMe pcie m.2

Yes you can install mvme m.2 drive in Acer nitro spin 5

Yes, it supports NVME, but, according to acer, it only supports ssd capacities up to 512gb. You can try with more, but I am not sure how successful it will be if you try, say, a Terabyte nvme or sata ssd. However, if you have the model with a hard drive in it, the hard drive can support 2 TB.

Yes, you can do it. Samsung 970 Evo NVMe pcie m.2 drive  is great. And I updated my Philips computer with it. You can have a try. But I want to know whether you want to keep the original Windows operating system. If you install the Samsung SSD in Acer Nitro 5 Spin , you need to install the operating system. Maybe you can clone the Windows OS to Samsung SSD in advance using the cloning tool like CloneGo.
