I was trying to change the frame of my old Galaxy S3 i9300 with a newer one. While trying to separate the core LCD screen (not the front, plastic one) from the frame with a flat-headed screwdriver it suddenly had small cracks. I had tried using a transparent film to separate the two pieces, but with no much avail. The photo clearly show these cracks. My questions are: Is it still possible to remove it and place it in the new frame while keeping the cracks little visible? If not, am I better to sell the working components (e.g. camera, vibrator module, keys, frame, …) online? Where can I get a map of the components so that I can know them?

@acsor does not look like a keeper. I’d suggest that you replace it. As for selling it for parts, sorry but I do not think there is any money to be made. Check the teardown Samsung Galaxy S III Teardown as well as the guides so you can identify the components.
