Can I still trade in my iPhone 8 Plus and get a store gift card if I have had a complete housing replacement due to a previous cracked glass back? Will Apple know that the shell was replaced when I bring it in?
If they were paying attention, they will know for sure. Very few people can reassemble the phone back to factory quality. Apparently they usually don’t inspect the phone closely or disassemble to inspect like during repair so you may somehow pass.
