So I dropped my phone, and half the screen is bent out of the frame, and my phone shuts off shorty after it’s disconnected from the charger. I had the battery replaced a few months ago, and it says it’s working at maximum capacity. The rest of the phone still works, Should I just try replacing the screen if it’s dislodged something?
If you have a Mac, download and run Coconut Battery, iOS selection to see if it is good. https://www.coconut-flavour.com/coconutb…
The iPhone battery health is a bunch of bull. It is inaccurate and annoying(the one in settings). Did the dying very soon after unpluggging thing start happening after you dropped it? If not,it is a separate issue. Many battery replacements are bad quality. A battery seems simple enough, but when you get knockoff ones, they just don’t hold up well, many times. Have you tried a different charger by the way? Is the screen cracked or just popped out?
