Can I reset the timer or control board on my Kenmore HE washer 11021302011
Hi @debee You didn’t specify what the problem is but have you tried disconnecting the power to the washer for 5 minutes and checked if that has reset it, you didn’t say? If still no good, if possible try running the diagnostics as described in the tech sheet for the washer and check what it shows
