Can I replace the Mini DisplaPort of my MBA or the whole Circuit Board.

In this model its called a Thunderbolt port. Sorry to say you’ll need to replace the logic board or find someone with the skills & tools to do the needed micro-soldering which would be repaired to replace the connector, that is if the logic board is not damaged.
