Hello, I was trying to change my broken home button but when I tried to disconnect the flex cable that connects it to the metal plate I ripped the small port from the flex cable that is attached to the metal plate. Am I able to replace both the metal plate and the home button? I know that the touch id wont work but will the home button functionality work? Cheers
the answer is yes it will work but as you said touch id won’t work
