Chosen Solution
I accidentally stepped on my Surface Pro 4, and one of the hinges on the kickstand broke. Rather than replacing the entire device (I do have a warranty) I would rather try to fix it myself. The left friction hinge still works fine, but is not strong enough to hold the device alone. The kickstand itself is not cracked and would not need any replacement, only the right hinge is damaged. Thanks.
