From what I’ve been told you would need to find this chip B1332BDPA 090BX 1605 and have the ability to remove the damaged one and install the new one.
This is not something I would even dream of attempting! You just don’t have the needed tools or skills (even I don’t have them) and as this is a custom part you just can’t get it. So sadly this is not repairable. You can try to keep your system cool using software which pushes the fans harder TG Pro, but keeping the fans running hard will wear them out if you do this too long as the fans are not designed to run constantly hard. Using your system in a cooler place can also help. It still gets down to still needing to replace the damaged part (assembly).
