My 2 of my usb ports have become loose and I cannot physically connect to them.
Hey @nexusverus, as @oldturkey03 showed here: My usb ports have come unmounted. Your USB port most likely broke out of its case, and you might need a new case. Here’s a disassembly video of your laptop you can follow to open it. You can also purchase a new board here and replace that. -Let me know if this helps.
