so i’m planning on replacing my phone touch digitizer only, not the lcd. Before i do it i want to know if i have to remove the battery, motherboard etc before i take off the glass. @turtleskrrtle yes you will have to go through all of those steps to get to the display. The LCD and digitizer are fused together so you will need other tools something like this ;-) If you do not have it or have never done this, you should consider replacing the complete display assembly
