My LG 4 died but my info was backed up on Google Drive. I got an Iphone 6s Plus. Is there anyway to download the info to my new phone? I have been trying all day with no luck.
Google device backups which are backed up on Google Drive are only used to restore Apps and their application data to android phones and not iPhones which would be incompatible as the apps and their data are for android apps and not iOS apps. You can only restore those Google Device Backups on Android phones that are running Android OS 5.0 or newer. https://www.androidcentral.com/how-resto…. Note that in most cases your contacts may be synchronized to your Google Account if it is set up that way.
