I bought a lot of iPhones and 1 of them was an iPhone 7 Plus on the lock screen. Is there any way I can get in contact with the owner to see if i can get the passcode off of it. There isn’t a sim card in it
Contact Apple and give them the serial number of this device. Maybe they can find the original owner of the device by looking up the serial (or doing something else)…
