hello my samsung uhd UE43JU6050UXZG got hit where the IR Sensor is and fom that region upwards the whole screen is now white (vertikal) what can i do
wasou “got hit where the IR Sensor is “ usually a pretty good indication that this is a broken LCD screen. Hard to see in your picture so. I would suggest that you take another image of the screen in a darkened room so we can try an check the screen for you. If the screen is okay you may have an issue with the main board but that is unlikely since this happened after it got hit. If it is a broken screen it can be very difficult to find a replacement and most often it will cost more than a new TV. You’d have to identify the panel by the manufacturers label on the back of the panel.
