I spilled some liquid. A small amount. Mostly on the touchbar. I shut everything down and let it dry for a few days. Now it seems to be working fine, except that the touchbar is dark and unresponsive, and the lights are off under a few of the central keys. I can totally live with it like this, but I’m worried about further damage from corrosion . I’m wondering if I can pry up touch bar, get in there and clean it myself…? Sorry you can’t pry it off without breaking it! At this point there is nothing you can do to fix this your self without replacing parts. Best to get your system to someone who specialize on fixing MacBook Pro’s.
