I recently updated the ios on my iphone 6s. Everything seemed to go great, however since the update completed my phone has been stuck on a black screen with the apple logo. I tried contacting apple support for help, and their recommendations to force restart and update using recovery mode in itunes have not worked, my phone is still stuck on the apple logo screen. My only option now is to restore my phone to factory settings through itunes, but I do not have a recent backup of my phone saved on itunes nor do I use icloud. I’m wondering if anyone else has had experience with this issue, and is there a way I can backup my phone or save its information now, while it is stuck on the apple logo screen, before I restore it to factory settings? I really appreciate your help!
If the software has been corrupted and you did not backup either to iTunes or iCloud then I am affraid your data cannot be back up
