I added an app lock with a pattern which I made a diagram of but apparently is incorrect. 6 professionals have said must do factory reset. Can I back up beforehand since I can’t turn it on. I have internal backup turned on.
Try hooking up to the computer you use it with and syncing them. If you are using an iTunes type of product there will be a backup option.
@mgrimbly no you cannot. Unless your phone turns on you cannot back it up. In your case you rely on your internal backup and need to find out where it backs it up to. We do not know your settings but most commonly would be a backup to the Google account that you originally listed.
