Hi my samsung A5 is broken and the screen is completely black touch is not working. how can i access my phone in PC to back up and delete all the information in the phone before giving it for rapaire ? Thanks
Yes, phone data such as your music, photos, so forth can be access through you PC, you may have to install Samsung Companion on your PC.
