I have went on YouTube and tried everything they showed and it doesn’t work the phone will boot up receive notifications led light will light is and everything but will only display a black screen. Help please?
So you will either need to open this up or have a professional look at it. There are 3 possibilities a) The LCD is broken b) The LCD cable is loose or damaged c) the logic board is damaged Unfortunately only opening up will tell.
